Operation of the menu
All numbers and symbols are touch-sensitive with the exception of the temperature
display for the condenser.
▪ The symbols of the menu bars direct you to more submenus or activate processes.
▪ The numbers on the right edge of the display show the selectable process parameters
which can be activated and changed by tapping.
▪ Active elements are highlighted in color in the schematic drawing of the device. The
colors are defined as follows:
White indication
Orange ▪ either: function activated
▪ or: setpoint has just been changed via the rotary knob
Grey the indicated function is deactivated
(cannot be used at the moment, e.g. because accessory is not attached)
Hei-VAP Expert and Hei-VAP Ultimate have
the same menu navigation. In essence,
only the arrangement of the control
elements is different:
Hei-VAP Expert
The menu bars are located on the left and
right edge of the control panel.

Toolbar
Hei-VAP Ultimate
The menu bars are located on the top and
bottom edge of the control panel.

Toolbar: Symbols
➜ In the toolbar, tap a symbol (such as
“Rotation” ).
✓ The symbol changes its color to orange
✓ The function starts.

The display varies depending on the chosen operating mode, the
selected application and the attached peripheral equipment.
