Warning:
Risk of burns!
Contact with the evaporating flask can cause severe burns if it has not
cooled down sufficiently.
▪ Always allow the evaporating flask to cool down before removing it.
▪ The maximum temperature must not exceed 50 °C / 122 °F.
▪ Wear protective clothing.
▪ Wear safety gloves to ensure a secure grip.
➜ Loosen the coupling of the Easy Clip flask clamp from the vapor tube using 1-2
counterclockwise turns.
➜ Grip the evaporating flask with one hand and open the Easy Clip.
➜ Carefully remove the evaporating flask.

➜ Hold the receiving flask with the
opening facing up against the flange of
the condenser.
➜ Slide the ground joint clamp over
the flange on the condenser and the
receiving flask.
➜ Carefully tighten the knurled screw of
the ground joint clamp.
✓ The receiving flask is attached.
Removing the receiving flask
➜ Grip the receiving flask with one hand.
➜ Loosen the knurled screw of the ground
joint clamp.
➜ Remove the ground joint clamp.

Ventilation
The system can be ventilated manually
using the ventilation cap:
➜ For ventilation, turn the ventilation cap
half a turn or a maximum of 1 turn
counterclockwise to the left.
✓ The ventilation speed increases with the
rotation.
➜ Slowly turn the ventilation cap clockwise
to the right.
✓ The air feed will close slowly.
