Using and managing favorites (Application
“Extended”)
All parameters for the distillation of a substance are stored in a favorite with a fixed
value. In this way, saving favorites allows quick access to different processes for your
various samples.
A favorite is suited for distilling solvents and for concentrating or purifying substances.
Since the parameters are stored with a single value, the favorite has to be switched off
manually at the end of the process or be stopped using the timer.
You access the favorites mode in the application “Extended”. In the favorites mode, you
can:
▪ load favorites from a list
▪ generate new favorites
▪ open a favorite directly by means of two quick-selection buttons
1. Loading favorites from a list
The factory settings already include various
favorites for solvents. They are marked
with a little Heidolph logo at the bottom
right of the favorites symbol.
✓ You are in the favorites mode in the
application “Extended”.
➜ Swipe the screen from right to left to
switch to the list of favorites.
➜ Tap the desired solvent.
✓ The solvent is highlighted in orange.
➜ Tap the “Load” symbol.
➜ The start page with the selected
favorites is displayed, and the process
can be started with the default
parameters.
It is also possible to delete and modify the Heidolph favorites. Once you have changed
and saved their parameters, the favorite is stored without a Heidolph logo on the symbol.
