As the above figure, after X100, Z100 in No.0 tool offset is input, the workpiece coordinate
system offsets X100, Z100.
Note: When No. 0 offset modification is valid real-time, No. 0 tool offset must be set before the system runs a
program, otherwise, the run path will offset.
7.6 High Efficiency Tool-Change
7.6.1 Breif
When the tool operation is performed during the program machining; usually, the steps are
shown below:
1) Return to the specified safety tool-change position by program from the current position;
2) Perform the tool-change operation and waiting for the completion of the tool-change;
3) Return to the cutting position from safety tool-change position

The tool-change safety area is set by machine operator before the machining is performed (that
is, the area, without any impact to the workpiece, when the tool-post rotates a circle); Tool returns to
the safety tool-change position specified by program from the current position. Tool is immediately
performed the tool-change operation as long as it enters to the tool-change safety area when the
tool-change operation is performed; that is, the step 1 and 2 in the above-mentioned combines a
completion motion, so that it can be reached to the high-efficiency tool-change. It is better to set the
Bit 7 of the state parameter to "1".
