Chapter 8: Roof Assembly

12.Working in a

counter-clockwise

direction, repeat the procedure to continue to fill in all the exposed

gaps (134) using the lower roof panels (114) and the upper roof panels (116) on the roof.

13.Secure the upper roof panels (116) to the roof panel holes (154) in the purlins 6, 7 and 8 using

5/16" x 1" flange bolts (2) and 5/16" flange nuts (19).

14.Install the lower roof panels (114) to the roof panel support clips (155) using 5/16" x 1" flange bolts

(2) and 5/16" flange nuts (19).

NOTE:

The roof panels (114 and 116) may not have the holes to align with the roof panel support
clips (155). You need to field drill the roof panels from inside using the holes of the roof panel
support clips (155) as a template.

IMPORTANT:

Failure to properly secure the roof panel (114 and 116) to the purlins (132) will

constitute a modification to the product not specifically delineated in this manual and
will void the limited warranty.
