Checks if the DSP in SYSCONML can access the DTRX64II Assy via FEBUS. All None

Sends the test data High, Mid, Low level to PGC Register, then DTRX64II read result
data and verify it.

Sends the test data High, Mid, Low level to Test wave Register, then DTRX64II read

Test
Send the command to read / write to beamforming data memory in DTRX64II assy. All None
