TIPS
:
1. Place the media over the whole work table may get varied color contrast due to slightly changed spot size
(power density) on different location of work table. Place the media to same position will help the color
reproduction.
2. High frequency setting will darken the marking, and reduce the color variation effect; while low frequency
setting will destroy the metal surface only. 125kHz is recommended for frequency.
3. Low DPI setting (below 1500 DPI) will mark the material with different gray levels only, not colorful contrast,
high DPI is recommended.
NOTE:
1. Color marking is very sensitive to material surface treatment or texture (matt, glossy, brushed, or
mirror), spot size (power density), and material composition. Even same parameters applied on same
materials, the color can’t be guaranteed to repeat correctly.
2. The color of marking may vary to different colors when viewing in different angle with reflecting
ambient light.
