4a Only for furnace replacement:

Warning!
Use heat-resistant gloves.
Contact with hot parts of the combustion
furnace may cause injury!
1. Release the hose connection on the
mounting plate or on the heated salt
trap (optional).
2. Release the locking button on the
furnace and swivel the furnace
outwards.
3. Release the electrical plug-in
connections between the analyzer
and the furnace.
4. Remove the furnace.
5. Press the [E] key.
Continue with Step 7.
4b Only for cleaning or replacing the combustion pipe:

Contact with hot parts of the combustion
furnace may cause injury!
1. If a heatable salt trap is not fitted,
release the hose connection between
the furnace outlet (item 5) and the
mounting plate.
2. Remove the knurled head screw
(item 6). Remove the furnace outlet
and the O-ring from the combustion
pipe.
3. Release the red screw plug (item 2)
and remove the dosing head (item 1).
4. Remove the safety guard.
5. Release the thread adapter nut on the
furnace entry (item 4) and remove
the furnace cover.
6. Remove the O-ring and support ring.
7. Unlock the furnace and pull it out.
8. Using the auxiliary tool, pull the
combustion pipe insert
approx. 10 mm (0.4") out of the
combustion pipe. Now discard the
combustion pipe insert using the
crucible tongs and remove the filling.
9. Lift the combustion pipe under the
furnace and using the crucible tongs
remove it from the furnace from the
top.
10. To clean the combustion pipe and
combustion pipe insert, place them in
10% hydrochloric acid. Otherwise
replace the pipe.
