Warning!

Contact with hot parts of the combustion
furnace may cause injury!
The power supply for the combustion
furnace is switched off. The furnace cools
down.
1. Release the hose at the dosing head
(item 1).
2. Press the [E] key.

Note!
If the insert in the combustion pipe is
removed when the pipe is very hot (over
300 °C), the combustion pipe can
become cracked if it cools down too
quickly. This results in a higher basic line
and has a negative impact on the
operation of the measuring device.
1. If a heatable salt trap is installed,
release the hose and electrical
connection at the heatable salt trap.
2. Release the hoses on the dosing head
and swivel the furnace outwards.
3. Turn the heatable salt trap gently to
and fro to remove it from the furnace
outlet.
4. Swivel the furnace back in and lock
it.
5. Slacken the lower knurled head
screw (item 6) as soon as the
temperature has dropped below 300
°C.
6. Allow the furnace to cool to below
50 °C (not necessary if replacing the
furnace).
7. Press the [E] key.
If you are replacing the entire furnace,
proceed with Step 4a.
If you are cleaning or replacing the
combustion pipe, proceed with Step 4b.
