Hauser

2. Remove the used filter mats and replace them with new ones from the maintenance kit.
3. Reattach the fan screens.
4. Select "Menu/Operation/Maintenance/Operating time filter mats/Reset"

12.6 Changing the syringes

You need the following parts:

1. Rinse the system (see the "Rinsing the system" section).
2. Remove the bottles and the bottle tray.
3. Select "Menu/Operation/Maintenance/Dispenser replacement/Dispenser selection".
4. Select the dispenser you wish to replace, e.g. dispenser 2 and 7 (10 ml) or dispenser 3 and

4 (2.5 ml).

5. Select "Draw up dispenser".
6. Open the dispenser holder by pressing both snap-fit hooks together and removing it.
7. Turn the dispenser counterclockwise to remove it from the liquid manager.
8. Remove the adapter and the syringe from the syringe drive. To do so, hold the dispenser by

the black block at the lower end and pull it from the metal pin.

9. Screw a new syringe onto the liquid manager.



Make sure that the syringe is connected correctly.

10. Slide the dispenser holder over the snap-fit hooks. Ensure that the holder snaps into place.
11. bottle tray back into the housing.
12. Connect the bottles to the appropriate covers and hoses.
13. Select "Menu/Operation/Maintenance/Dispenser replacement/Dispenser selection".
14. Select the syringes that you replaced and click "OK" to confirm.

Interval at which the dispensers need to be replaced: every 6 months
• 10 ml syringe (S7 = standard)
• 10 ml dispenser (S2 = waste)
• 2.5 ml dispensers (S3 = hose R2; S4 = hose R1)

• 10 ml dispensers with adapter
• 2.5 ml dispensers with adapter
