word) of CH3 (Y5, Y6).
- When in the reverse direction, the contents in the present value register will decrease.
7.
For ELC-PH series, the numbers of pulses will be stored in the current value register (D1348
high byte, D1349 low byte) for CH0(Y10) or the current value register (D1350 high byte, D1351
low byte) for CH1(Y11). When the rotation direction is negative, the value of the current value
register will decrease. The contents of the current value registers does not change when
program transitions from STOP to RUN or from RUN to STOP.
8.
The contents of each operand cannot be changed while the DRVI instruction is executed. The
contents will be changed with the next execution of the instruction.
9.
If the conditions preceding the DRVI instruction turn OFF when the DRVI command is
executing, the machine will decelerate to a stop and the execution completed flag M1102 and
M1103 will turn ON.
10. For the ELC-PV series, when the conditions preceding the DRVI instruction are Off, even if the
indication flag M1336 generated by CH0 pulses, M1337 generated by CH1 pulses, M1522
generated by CH2 pulses and M1523 generated by CH3 pulses are “On”, the DRVI instruction
will not execute again.
11. When the absolute value of the input frequency of the DDRVI instruction in the ELC-PV series
is greater than 200KHz, the output will be operated at 200KHz. When the absolute value of the
input frequency is less than 10Hz, the output will be operated at 10Hz.
12. D1343 (D1353) is the accel/decel time setting. The acceleration and deceleration time for the
ELC-PV series shall not be shorter than 10ms. The output will be operated for 10ms if the time
is shorter than 10ms or longer than 10,000ms. The available range for ELC-PH is 50 to
20,000ms. If the setting exceeds 20,000 ms, it will be regarded as 20,000 ms. If the setting is
less than 50 ms, it will be regarded as 50 ms.
13. For the ELC-PH series, D1340 (D1352) is Y10(Y11) start/end frequency setting. If the pulse
output frequency designated by
S
2
is less than or equal to the start/end frequency, the
start/end frequency will be used as the pulse output frequency.
14. Flags: For the description of M1010, M1029, M1102, M1103, M1334, M1335, M1336, M1337,
M1346, refer to the ABSR (API 155) instruction.
15. For the ELC-PV series, M1305 (M1306) is the direction signal for CH0 (CH1). When
S
1
is a
positive number, the output will be operated in the forward direction and M1305 (M1306) will
be Off. When
S
1
is a negative number, the output will be operated in the reverse direction and
M1305 (M1306) will be On.
Program Example:
When M10= ON, 20000 pulses at a frequency of 2KHz will be sent out Y10 (relative position). Y0=
ON represents the positive direction.
