Received data from the drive will be stored in registers D1070~D1077.

After receiving a response, the ELC automatically checks if the received data is correct. If
there is any fault, M1140 = ON.

If the register address of the drive is illegal, a fault code will be stored in D1130 and M1141 =
ON.
6.
After M1140=ON or M1141=ON, the ELC will re-transmit the same data to the drive. If the
received data is correct, M1140 and M1141 will be reset.
