Removing a 3.5-inch hard drive adapter from a 3.5-inch hot swappable hard
drive carrier
Prerequisites
1. Ensure that you follow the Safety instructions .
2. Keep the Phillips #2 screwdriver ready.
3. Remove the 3.5-inch hot swappable hard drive carrier from the system.
Steps
1.
Remove the screws from the rails on the 3.5-inch hot swappable hard drive carrier.
2. Lift the 3.5-inch hard drive adapter out of the 3.5-inch hot swappable hard drive carrier.

hard drive slots.
1. Keep the Phillips #2 screwdriver ready.
2. Remove the hard drive carrier from the system.
Steps
1.
Remove the screws from the side rails on the hard drive carrier.
2. Lift the hard drive out of the hard drive carrier.
