(1) Set point temperature and control sensor
When the set point temperature (referred to as SP hereafter) is –5.1˚C(+22.8˚F) or lower, the
compressor is operated ON and OFF, in response to return air temperature.

When the control temperature reaches SP–1.0˚C (point A),
the compressor and condenser fan are turned off after the
liquid solenoid valve has been de-energized and the pump
down operation has been completed.

When the control temperature exceeds SP, the compressor, liquid
solenoid valve and condenser fan are turned on.
However, the compressor runs for at least 2 minutes every
time once it is turned on. Even if the control temperature
becomes SP or lower (point C) within 2 minutes after the
compressor is turned on, the compressor, condenser fan
and liquid solenoid valve are not turned off. (2 minutes
compressor forced operation)
