[ADC Dither Auto ON OFF]
●
Menu description: to control opening/closing of ADC dither of the frequency acquisition circuit in the
analyzer. Under default mode, the signal/spectrum analyzer will automatically control whether the ADC
Dither is ON based on current working condition. When the ADC Dither is under Auto mode, the ON or
OFF status depends on the span, resolution bandwidth and sweep type (continuous swept or step sweep);
when it is continuous swept, the ADC Dither status will force to switch to Auto and turns off; when it is
step sweep, under Auto mode, if the span is 2MHz or below, the ADC Dither is ON; if the span is below
2MHz, the ADC Dither is OFF. Under Auto OFF mode, if the span is above 2MHz, turning on the ADC
Dither may affect the measurement results based on selected dither status. You can access the submenu
for manual control.
