2.1 Product Overview
The 4051 Series Signal/Spectrum Analyzer can cover a frequency range of 3Hz ~ 50 GHz at most and feature
excellent test dynamic range, phase noise, amplitude accuracy and test speed as well as high-sensitivity
spectrum analysis, standard power measurement unit, I/Q analysis, transient analysis, pulse parameter analysis,
audio analysis, analog modulation measurement, phase noise test, providing reliable and high-performance
test services for users. Moreover, the Series Signal Analyzer has good expansion capability for further
improvement of test performance with flexible optional configuration and is capable of test system
construction or secondary development with various digital and analog signal output interfaces. Such
instrument can find wide application signals and equipment test in industries such as aviation, aerospace, radar
detection, communications, electronic countermeasure and navigation.
