Menu description: to turn on or off the limit test. If the Limit Test is ON, each offset will be compared to 
its  high-end  and  low-end  limit  values.  When  the  power  exceeds  limit,  the  red  F  near  the  dBc  result 
indicates Fail. All offsets that are OFF will not be measured and their results will not be displayed on the 
screen.
