UniVert User Manual

5. Screw the bending block onto the measuring end of the load cell and tighten it in the

correct position using the locking disc.

Finger tighten all components. Beware of exerting excessive off-axis and torquing forces
to avoid damage to the load cell.

6. Attach and align the 3-Point bend rail onto the baseplate with an M5x25 SHCS and

wingnut. This may be easier to do with the UniVert in horizontal configuration and tilted
back.
