UniVert User Manual

Reaching the actuator limit during a test:

If the actuator is moved past the range limit during a test, the UniVert software will terminate the
test and display an error message:

UniVert Tip: Zero Position Calibration

Perform a zero position calibration (see the

System Calibration and Advanced Tools

section) when the load cell, grips, or risers are changed. A correct zero position will ensure
that the failsafe features for the actuator limits (described above) will work as intended.
