UniVert User Manual

3. Attach the load cell and thumbnut/coupling assembly to the UniVert device:

•

For vertical configuration attach the load cell to Motor Bracket B with an M5x12
SHCS using a 4mm hex key

•

For horizontal configuration, mount it to the baseplate of the UniVert with an
M5x16 SHCS using a 4mm hex key.

4. The measuring end of the load cell should be exposed, and the non-measuring end

attached to the thumbnut/coupling and then to the UniVert. The test fixtures are ready to
be mounted to the load cell.
