4. Attach the M5 Compression Base Riser

– Short to the Horizontal Bracket (No Load Cell)

with an M5x12 SHCS and 4 mm hex key

5. Mount the above assembly to the Motor Bracket B with 2 x M5x12 SHCS using a 4mm

hex key

6. A Zero Position Calibration is required after changing grips or platens. See the

System

Calibration and Advanced Tools

section of this manual for more details.

For use with the Horizontal Bath:

1. Attach the shorter M5 to M3 stand off to the load cell

2. Follow the rest of the steps to set up the remaining horizontal configuration fixtures. The

final set up should resemble the image below:
