4.2.3 SPOSTAMENTO

DELL’APPARECCHIATURA

riduttore.

1. Evitare ambienti con eccessiva umidi-

tà ed esposti ad intemperie (escludere

2. Evitare il contatto diretto del riduttore

col suolo.

3. Disporre il riduttore in modo che abbia

stamenti imprevisti.

4. Accatastare il riduttore imballato (se

consentito) seguendo le indicazioni

Quando il riduttore viene im-
magazzinato temporaneamente

4.2.3 MOVING THE EQUIPMENT

All the following operations must
be carried out with care and cau-
tion and without sudden move-

ments.

ü

Identify the attachment points for lifting
the gear unit. Refer to Appendix 2 of
this manual for this information.

ü

Prepare the gear unit for lifting by at-
taching straps, hooks, etc. to its at-
tachment points, or alternatively use a
pallet for moving the load. If using a

out of its packaging.

ü

If using a lift truck or pallet truck, re-
move the packaging and insert the
truck's forks at the indicated positions.

ü

First lift the load very slowly to check
that it is stable.

ü

Move the gear unit to the unloading
area and lower it gently into position,
taking care not to cause sudden oscil-
lations while moving it.

If the gear unit is coupled to
an electric motor, do not use
the eye-bolts on the motor for

lifting the entire load, unless this is ex-
pressly indicated.

4.3 STORAGE

The following recommendations should be
followed when storing the gear unit.

1. Do not store the unit in excessively hu-

mid conditions or where it is exposed
to the weather (i.e. outdoors).

2. Do not place the gear unit directly on

the ground.

3. Place the gear unit on a stable base

and make sure that there is no risk of it
moving or falling off.

4. Store the packaged gear unit (if al-

lowed) in accordance with the instruc-
tions on the packaging itself.

If the gear unit is stored tempo-
rarily outdoors it must be pro-
tected to ensure that humidity

and extraneous objects cannot pene-
trate to the interior.

4.2.3 VERSTELLEN DES GERÄTS

Die folgenden Vorgänge müssen
stets mit der größten Vorsicht
durchgeführt werden. Während

des Verstellens darf es nicht zu plötzlichen
Bewegungen kommen.

ü

Zunächst die Hubpunkte des Getrie-

hang 2 des vorliegenden Handbuchs
nachschlagen.

ü

Das Getriebe auf das Anheben mit
Schlingen, Haken, Hakenschrauben
usw., die in den Hubpunkten befestigt
werden, abrichten oder mit Hilfe einer
Palette als Stützplatte bewegen. Beim
Anheben mit Kranen das Getriebe zu-
erst aus der Verpackung heben.

ü

Beim Bewegen mit Hubwagen oder
Gabelstaplern muss zunächst die
Verpackung entfernt und die Ladung
positioniert werden, indem die Gabeln
des Hubwagens in die beschrifteten
Punkte eingeführt werden.

ü

Zunächst ein sehr langsames und vor-
sichtiges Hubmanöver durchführen,
um sich zu vergewissern, dass die La-
dung ausbalanciert ist.

ü

Das Getriebe vorsichtig anheben und
sanft am Entladeort abstellen. Hierbei
darauf achten, dass es während des
Transports zu keinen plötzlichen Aus-
schwingungen kommt.

Gehört ein Elektromotor zum
Getriebe, dürfen zum Anheben
nicht die eventuell am Motor vor-

handenen Ösen eingesetzt werden, wenn
dies nicht ausdrücklich verlangt wird.

4.3 LAGERUNG

Im Folgenden werden einige Ratschläge
zur Lagerung des Getriebes gegeben, de-
ren Einhaltung empfohlen wird.

1. Installationsorte mit erhöhter Luft-

feuchtigkeit und Orte, die den Witte-

UXQJVHLQÀVVHQ IUHL DXVJHVHW]W VLQG

meiden (Orte im Freien ausschließen).

2. Den direkten Bodenkontakt des Ge-

triebes meiden.

3. Das Getriebe so aufstellen, dass es

DXIHLQHUVWDELOHQ6WHOOÀlFKHVWHKWXQG

nicht plötzlich ins Rutschen kommt.

4. Das verpackte Getriebe gemäß den

Angaben auf der Verpackung stapeln
(falls zulässig).

Ist die zeitweilige Lagerung des
Getriebes im Freien vorgese-
hen, muss es entsprechend ge-

schützt werden, sodass weder Feuch-
tigkeit noch Fremdkörper eindringen
können.
