un mantenimento costante dei requisiti
di sicurezza.

ü

implement all the necessary additional
environmental safety measures (e.g.
scavenging of gas or residual dust,
etc.).

Perform gear unit maintenance work while
observing the following prescriptions:

ü

Replace worn components with origi-
nal spare parts.

ü

Use the lubricants (oil and grease) rec-
ommended by the Manufacturer.

ü

When working on the gear unit always
replace gaskets and seals with original
spare parts.

ü

If a bearing requires replacement, it is
good practice to also replace the other
bearing supporting the same shaft.

ü

We recommend replacing the lubricat-
ing oil after all maintenance work.

Do not disperse contaminant liquids,
worn parts and maintenance residues
in the environment. Dispose of all such
substances in strict compliance with
applicable statutory legislation.
