per la procedura da seguire.
7.4 DRYWELL
Il dispositivo serve a prevenire le perdite

coppiata tramite una camera riempita di
grasso che garantisce, nel contempo, la

Attraverso gli appositi ingrassatori aggiun-
gere, secondo gli intervalli riportati nella ta-
bella Uso e Manutenzione, 40 grammi ca.

Qualsiasi intervento deve es-
sere eseguito solo a riduttore
fermo. Il motore elettrico deve
essere assicurato contro ogni inseri-
mento non intenzionale (ad esempio
con la chiusura a chiave dell’interrut-
tore principale oppure con la rimozione
dei fusibili dell’alimentazione elettrica).
A questo scopo applicare all’organo
motore anche un cartello di avvertimen-
to circa i lavori in corso sul riduttore di
velocità.
7.5 TENUTE E GUARNIZIONI
A richiesta, i riduttori possono essere dotati
di sistemi di tenuta diversi:
Tenute striscianti:
ü
anelli di tenuta (singoli o doppi) con
mescola in gomma nitrilica
ü
anelli di tenuta (singoli o doppi) con
mescola in Viton
®
ü
tenute del tipo taconite consiglia-
te in ambienti caratterizzati da pre-
senza di polveri abrasive, costitui-
te da una combinazione di anelli di
tenuta, labirinti e camera a grasso.
Attraverso gli appositi ingrassatori ag-
giungere, secondo gli intervalli riportati
nella tabella Uso e Manutenzione, del

Qualsiasi lavoro deve essere
eseguito solo a riduttore fer-
mo.
The backstop device is keyed to the end
of the input shaft opposite the drive side in
such a way that it is accessible for inspec-
tion and maintenance. The device shares
the gear unit’s own lubrication system.
The direction of the backstop de-
vice can be reversed by turning
the device’s outer cage around.

proceed if you wish to change the direction
of the backstop device.
7.4 DRYWELL
The drywell device prevents oil leaking
from the gear unit’s output shaft seals into
the driven machine. It consists of a grease-

provides the necessary lubrication for the
shaft’s bottom bearing.

grammes of grease for rolling contact bear-
ings through the grease nipples.
All work must be performed
exclusively with the gear unit
at a standstill. The electric mo-
tor must be protected against acciden-
tal startup (e.g. by padlocking the main
power switch or removing the power

7.5 SEALS AND GASKETS
The gear units can be supplied with alter-
native seal systems on request:

Taconite seals are recommended for
environments characterised by the
presence of abrasive dust or powders.
Taconite seals incorporate a combina-
tion of sealing rings, labyrinths and
grease chambers. At the intervals

All work must be performed ex-
clusively with the gear unit at a
standstill.

tungsfreundlich von außen erreichbar.

laufsperrvorrichtung geändert wer-
den. Wird die Änderung der Sperrrichtung
gewünscht, ist für die zu befolgende Vorge-
hensweise zunächst der technische Kun-
dendienst von BONFIGLIOLI RIDUTTORI
zu kontaktieren.
7.4 DRYWELL
Diese Vorrichtung dient zur Vorbeugung
von Öllecks an den Dichtringen der Welle
am Ausgang des Getriebes in Richtung der
Maschine, die über eine Kammer mit Fett-
füllung angekoppelt ist, welche gleichzeitig
die Schmierung des unterhalb an der Ach-
se montierten Lagers gewährleistet.
Gemäß den Zeitvorgaben in der Tabel-
le „Betrieb und Wartung“ ca. 40 Gramm
geeignetes Schmierfett für die Wälzlager
über die entsprechenden Schmiernippel
einfüllen.
Jegliche Eingriffe dürfen nur
bei
stillstehendem Getriebe
ausgeführt werden. Der Elek-
tromotor muss gegen jede unbeabsich-
tigte Einschaltung abgesichert werden
(z.B. durch Schlüsselverriegelung des
Hauptschalters oder durch Entnahme
der Sicherungen der Stromversorgung).
Zu diesem Zweck ist am Antriebsteil
auch ein Warnschild anzubringen, mit
dem auf die laufenden Arbeiten am Un-
tersetzungsgetriebe hingewiesen wird
.
7.5 DICHTUNGEN UND
DICHTMANSCHETTEN
Auf Anfrage können die Getriebe mit ande-
ren Dichtsystemen ausgestattet werden:
Reibdichtungen:

Dichtringe (einzeln oder doppelt) mit
Nitrilgummimischung

Dichtringe (einzeln oder doppelt) mit
Viton
® Mischung
ü
Taconite-Dichtungen, die für Umge-
bungen mit hoher Präsenz abrasiver
Stäube empfohlen werden und aus ei-
ner Kombination von Dichtringen, La-
byrinthdichtungen und Fettkammern
bestehen. Gemäß den Zeitvorgaben
in der Tabelle „Betrieb und Wartung“
geeignetes Schmierfett für die Wälzla-
ger über die entsprechenden Schmier-
nippel einfüllen.
Jegliche Eingriffe dürfen nur
bei
stillstehendem Getriebe
ausgeführt werden.
