Overhaul:

of the gear unit. An overhaul also includes

components (keys, seals, gaskets, vents, 
etc.). If any such components are damaged

ASSISTANCE

For any technical service needs, contact 
the Manufacturer’s sales network quoting 
the information indicated on the unit’s data 
plate, the approximate hours of service and 
the type of defect.

1.5 MANUFACTURER’S LIABILITY

The Manufacturer declines all liability in the

Ordentliche Wartung:

malerweise vom Hersteller vorgeschrie-
ben, der die notwendigen Kompetenzen 
und die Art des Eingriffs festlegt.

Außerordentliche Wartung:

 Alle Arbeits-

vorgänge, die für den Erhalt der Betriebs-

notwendig sind. Diese Arbeitsvorgänge 
werden vom Hersteller nicht vorgeschrie-
ben und müssen von erfahrenem War-
tungspersonal durchgeführt werden.

Wartungsfachmann:

 Autorisierte Techni-

ker, die unter den Personen ausgewählt wur-
den, welche auf dem Gebiet der Mechanik 
und der Elektrik die notwendige Ausbildung, 
die notwendige Kompetenz und Kenntnis 
besitzen, um an Getriebemotoren eine au-
ßerordentliche Wartung durchzuführen.

Revision:

 Die Revision besteht darin, La-

ger und/oder andere mechanische Kompo-
nenten zu ersetzen, die so starke Abnut-
zungserscheinungen aufweisen, dass dies 
den Betrieb des Getriebes beeinträchtigt. 
Die Revision beinhaltet außerdem eine 
Kontrolle aller Komponenten des Getrie-
bes (Gleitfedern, Dichtungen, Dichtringe, 
Entlüftungsventile usw.). Sollten Kompo-
nenten beschädigt sein, deren Austausch 
veranlassen und die Ursachen für die

triebsstunden des Geräts sowie eine Be-
schreibung der vorgefallenen Störung an.
