If forced lubrication is installed,
pay special attention to the maxi-
mum permissible viscosity (1800

cSt), especially at the time of plant startup.
Depending on the lubricant used, this value
occurs at ambient temperatures of between
approximately 10°C and 20°C.
If this value is not reached under normal
conditions, the oil must be preheated.
If possible, start the lubrication system be-
fore starting the gear unit, taking care to
run the unit at moderate speeds and work-
ing loads until the oil temperature rises
above 20°C.
The plant can be equipped with suitable
devices to ensure correct operation and
to monitor the main functional parameters.
For further information refer to the respec-
tive sections.

7.2.4 FORCED LUBRICATION

WITH PUMP

This system comprises a reversible pump
keyed directly to a gear unit shaft, a coarse

PHVK¿OWHUDYLVXDORLOÀRZLQGLFDWRUDPLQ

-

imum pressure switch and any necessary
connecting pipelines.

To ensure an optimum supply
of lubricant, a constant rotation
speed must be maintained at a

value that is as close as possible to the
rotation speed for which the pump is de-
signed (see sales catalogue).

Keep a regular check on the vi-

VXDORLOÀRZLQGLFDWRU,I\RXQRWH

that oil is not circulating in the

system, stop the gear unit and locate the
cause of the problem.

All electrical connections are to
be made by the customer prior to
the startup of the gear unit.

The electric contacts of the mini-
mum pressure switch supply an
alarm signal when pressure in the

lubrication system falls below the minimum
permissible value (0.5 bar).
If an alarm occurs, stop the gear unit and
locate the cause of the problem.

7.2.5 FORCED LUBRICATION WITH

ELECTRIC PUMP

This system comprises an electric pump
with a separate power input, a coarse mesh

¿OWHUDPLQLPXPSUHVVXUHVZLWFKDQGDQ\

necessary connecting pipelines.
To ensure an optimal supply of lubricant,
the electric motor must be powered in com-
pliance with its rated values.

Bei Getrieben mit Zwangsschmie-
rung ist insbesondere in der Anlauf-
phase der Anlage auf die maximal

zulässige Viskosität des Öls (1800 cSt) zu
achten.
ligen Handbuchabschnitte einzusehen.

7.2.4 ZWANGSSCHMIERUNG

MIT PUMPE

Die Schmieranlage besteht aus einer um-
kehrbaren Pumpe, die an einer Welle des
Getriebes angeschlossen ist, einem Grob-

¿OWHUHLQHP'XUFKÀXVV6LFKWDQ]HLJHURGHU

einem Mindestdruckwächter und den ent-
sprechenden Verbindungsleitungen.

Zur Gewährleistung eines optima-
len Schmiermittelzulaufs ist eine
konstante Drehzahl sicherzustel-

len, die möglichst dem Wert entspricht, für
den die Pumpe eingestellt wurde (siehe
Verkaufskatalog).

'HQ 'XUFKÀXVV UHJHOPl‰LJ DP

Sichtanzeiger überprüfen. Zirku-
liert das Öl nicht, muss das Ge-

triebe gestoppt und die Ursache des De-
fekts festgestellt werden.

Für alle elektrischen Anschlüsse,
die vor der Inbetriebnahme des
Getriebes ausgeführt werden

müssen, hat der Kunde zu sorgen.

Der Mindestdruckwächter ist mit
elektrischen Kontakten versehen
und sendet ein Alarmsignal aus,

sobald der Druck in der Schmieranlage unter
den zulässigen Mindestwert fällt (0,5 bar).
Bei Auslösung eines Alarms muss das Ge-
triebe gestoppt und die Ursache des De-
fekts festgestellt werden.

7.2.5 ZWANGSSCHMIERUNG

MIT MOTORPUMPE

Die Schmieranlage besteht aus einer auto-
nom versorgten Motorpumpe, einem Grob-

¿OWHUHLQHP0LQGHVWGUXFNZlFKWHUXQGGHQ

entsprechenden Verbindungsleitungen.
Zur Gewährleistung eines optimalen
Schmiermittelzulaufs ist eine korrekte Ver-
sorgung des Elektromotors gemäß den Ty-
penschildvorgaben erforderlich.
