7.3 DISPOSITIVO ANTIRETRO
Il dispositivo antiretro, costituito da una
ruota libera a corpi di contatto a distacco
centrifugo, garantisce il funzionamento uni-
direzionale del riduttore e previene il moto
retrogrado per effetto del carico collegato

La coppia trasmissibile dal di-
spositivo in taluni casi può es-
sere limitante rispetto alla cop-
pia trasmessa dal riduttore. Consultare
il catalogo di vendita per informazioni
dettagliate in merito.

All electrical connections are to
be made by the customer prior to
the startup of the gear unit.
The electric contacts of the mini-
mum pressure switch supply an
alarm signal when pressure in the
lubrication system falls below the minimum
permissible value (0.5 bar).
If an alarm occurs, stop the gear unit and
locate the cause of the problem.
The lubrication system must be started up
before the gear unit is started.
7.3 BACKSTOP DEVICE
The backstop device ensures that the
gearbox only turns in one direction, and
prevents reverse movement caused by the
load applied to the output shaft. The device
consists of a free wheel with centrifugal
shoes.
In certain cases the torque
transmittable by the backstop
device can be limited with re-
spect to the torque transmitted by the
gear unit. Consult the sales catalogue
for detailed information on this subject.
Before commissioning the unit ensure that
the output shaft can be freely turned in the
required direction of travel without having
to apply excessive force.
To avoid damaging the back-
stop device or the gear train it
is essential to prevent the mo-
tor from rotating in the wrong direction.

ditions, it is advisable to maintain

Für alle elektrischen Anschlüsse,
die vor der Inbetriebnahme des
Getriebes ausgeführt werden
müssen, hat der Kunde zu sorgen.
Der Mindestdruckwächter ist mit
elektrischen Kontakten versehen
und sendet ein Alarmsignal aus,
sobald der Druck in der Schmieranlage unter
den zulässigen Mindestwert fällt (0,5 bar).
Bei Auslösung eines Alarms muss das Ge-
triebe gestoppt und die Ursache des De-
fekts festgestellt werden.
Die Aktivierung der Schmieranlage muss
stets vor dem Start des Getriebes erfolgen.
7.3 RÜCKLAUFSPERRE
Die Rücklaufsperre besteht aus einem frei
drehenden Rad mit Kontaktkörpern, die sich
bei Einwirkung der Zentrifugalkraft ablösen,
sichert den Einrichtungsbetrieb des Getriebes
und verhindert die Rückwärtsbewegung durch
die mit der Abtriebswelle verbundenen Last.
Das von der Sperre übertragbare
Drehmoment kann mitunter eine
Einschränkung des vom Getrie-
be übertragenen Drehmoments darstel-
len. Für weitere diesbezügliche Informati-
onen ist der Verkaufskatalog einzusehen.
Vor der Inbetriebnahme überprüfen, ob die
Abtriebswelle ohne Anwendung übermäßi-
ger Kraft frei in die gewünschte Richtung
dreht.
Zur Vermeidung von Schäden
an der Vorrichtung oder an den
Zahnrädern muss unbedingt ver-
hindert werden, dass der Motor gegen die
gesperrte Richtung des Getriebes dreht.
