Set the reel rotation/stop changeover levers
of the gear motors of all mower units (#2,
#3, #4, and #5) except mower unit #1 to the
"Stop" position.

Start the engine, and allow the hydraulic oil
temperature to increase to the same
temperature as during ordinary use.
Check that there is no hydraulic oil leaking
from the location where the pressure gauge
was installed.
Sit on the driver's seat.
Rev the engine at around 2,000 rpm, set
traveling/working changeover switch to
"Working," and then set the reel rotation
switch to "Rotation."
The reel cutter will not rotate as it is
secured with the wooden board, however
hydraulic pressure will be applied.
Rev the engine up to the maximum rpm.
Measure the pressure.
The reel rotation circuit relief valve pressure
is set to 17.2 MPa (175.4 kgf/cm
2
) (2494.6
psi).
