Remove the R wheel mount fixing kit.
Install a cotter pin to the wheel motor
shaft hole, and bend it firmly.

Important

When tightening the bolts, do so in the correct
tightening sequence (diagonally opposite).

Install the rear tires.
Temporarily tighten the bolts.
Remove the jack stand.
Remove the jack.
Tighten the bolts of the rear tires to their
specified torque.
Note:
Bolt tightening torque: 67 - 85 N-m
(683.20 - 866.75 kgf-cm)
Install the right kingpin following the same
steps for installing the left kingpin.
Note:
The right kingpin does not have the
steering cylinder attached.

Removal of Pivot

Caution

Exercise care in handling the pivot since it is
heavy.

Position jacks to the left and right of the
pivot, and jack up the machine.

Remove the rear tire.
