Loosen the bolt securing the traveling
pedal side P brake sensor plate, and push
the traveling pedal by hand to the full
amount to the forward side.
Note:
The buzzer may sound when doing so,
however this is not a malfunction.

While pushing on the traveling pedal,
move the proximity switch to a position
close to the plastic magnet until the buzzer
sounds.
Slowly move the proximity switch away
from the plastic magnet, and secure the P
brake sensor plate in a position where the
buzzer stops sound.
After adjustment, check that the buzzer
does not sound with the pedal stopper
ON, and that the buzzer sounds with the
pedal stopper OFF, when pressing the
traveling pedal.
Adjustment of Proximity Switch/Up/Down
Lever (Up/Down)
The proximity switch/up/down lever (up) and
proximity switch/up/down lever (down) detect
the operation position of the up/down lever.
This signal controls the up and down of all
mower units.
It operates in coordination with the on delay
timer to control the up and down delay of the
rear mower units.
Follow the steps below to make adjustments.
Adjust the plastic magnet attached to the
up/down lever so that its bottom surface is
facing as shown in the figure.
