When the engine is at maximum speed,
check that the forward travel speed is 16.0
km/h (9.94 mph) and rear travel speed is 8.0
km/h (4.97 mph).
Note:
At a forward travel speed of 16.0 km/h (9.94
mph), traveling 50 m will take 11.3 seconds.
At a rear travel speed of 8.0 km/h (4.97
mph), traveling 50 m will take 22.5 seconds.
Adjust the forward/reverse stopper bolts so
that the speed is correct.
Tighten the lock nut for the forward/reverse
stopper bolt.

Adjustment of Pedal Stopper

The continuous use of the pedal stopper may
result in a change in the range of motion.
Inspect it and, if necessary, make adjustments.

Apply the parking brake, and then stop the
engine.
Check that the piston pump has been
adjusted to neutral position.
Check that the push-pull cable has been
adjusted.
Check that the traveling pedal has been
adjusted.

to the "ON" position.

Loosen the work speed lock lever nut.
Adjust the length of stopper bolt.
Note:
When shipped: 31.0 mm (1.22 in).
Press the forward traveling pedal, and check
that the stopper bolt is against the traveling
pedal.
With the lock lever set to the "ON" position,
check that the forward travel speed is 12.0
km/h (7.46 mph) when traveling with the
engine revved up to the maximum rpm.
Note:
At a forward travel speed of 12.0 km/h (7.46
mph), traveling 50 m will take 15.0 seconds.
Adjust the stopper bolt so that the speed is
correct.
