Caution
If you remove the wheel mount with the
slotted nut removed, the wheel mount and
caliper may pop out at you with the pulley
remover, at the moment when the wheel
mount is removed.
Remove the slotted nut and washer after
removing the wheel mount.

Keep the wheel mount and top and bottom
calipers as shown in the illustration.
Slide the wheel mount with the calipers
attached in the direction of the arrow and
remove it from the wheel motor shaft.

Place the wheel mount (disc rotor part) with
the calipers attached.
As shown in the illustration, prepare two
double-folded corrugated cardboards of an
appropriate size.

Remove the top and bottom calipers in
order from the disc rotor part.
After removing the caliper, insert the
prepared corrugated cardboard immediately
between the cam pad and carrier pad.
If the corrugated cardboard is not inserted,
the pads will be misaligned within the
caliper, and it may be difficult to remove the
inner parts.
