Reel Rotation Circuit

The rotation of the reel cutter is controlled by the following electrical components.

Reel rotation switch
Reel forward/reverse switch
Traveling/Working changeover switch
Proximity switch /#1 mower
Proximity switch /#2 mower
Proximity switch /#4 mower
Proximity switch /#5 mower
Each relay
Each solenoid valve
Operating outline of electrical circuits during reel cutter rotation
When the detection state of each proximity switch changes, the terminal relay and relay 8/unit
position detection are activated to operate the solenoids and control the reel cutter rotation circuit.
Operating outline of electrical circuits for switching reel cutter forward/reverse rotation
The reel forward/reverse switch controls the terminal relay, and operation of the terminal relay
operates the front/rear mower reverse rotation solenoids.
This method controls the rotation direction of the reel cutter.

Inspect and adjust the reel rotation circuit if there is a defect with the reel cutter rotation or reel cutter
forward/reverse switch.
