Adjustment of Toe Angle
Misaligned toe angle may result in strange
handling feel, or cause vibrations.
Inspect them and, if necessary, implement
adjustment.
Adjust the pneumatic pressure of the tire to
specified pressure.
Reference:
"Specifications" (Page 8-2)
Align the rear wheels so that they are
straight in the traveling direction, and
measure the front track A and rear track B of
the rear wheels.

B Rear track B of rear wheels
Loosen the left and right lock nuts, and then
rotate the tie rod to make adjustment.
The toe angle adjustment value is rear track
B of rear wheels-front track A of rear wheels
= 1.0 - 5.0 mm (0.039 - 0.20 in).

Adjustment of Pivot Stopper
Warning
Before starting the engine, verify that no one
other than workers are around the mower unit
and that the area is free of obstacles.
The pivot stopper bolt has adjustment of the
left and right steering angle and the top and
bottom swing angle.
Follow the steps below to adjust the steering
angle.
Loosen the nut of the pivot stopper bolt
and screw in the bolt.
Start the engine, and turn the steering
wheel to the right as far as the steering
cylinder extends.

Adjust the clearance between kingpin
stopper and stopper bolt to 1.0 mm (0.039
in).
Tighten the nut.
