SuperTrak™ GEN3 System Operation and Maintenance Manual

5. Measure the

resistance between
the motor body and
the 1st pin on the
terminal block plug.

The resistance should
show higher than 0.6

Ω

If the resistance is 0.6 or
lower, the coil is shorted.
The coils are not
serviceable , so the
motor may need to be
returned for repair.

6. Measure the

resistance between
the motor body and
the 3rd pin on the
terminal block plug.

Same as prior step: the
resistance should show
higher than 0.6

Ω
