Apply THREE BOND No. 1215 to the crankcase
mating surface at the areas
0 A 0 , each 20-30
mm in length.
NOTE:
*
When assembled, position the clutch release
rack so that the teeth face the release pinion.
* Fit the clutch cover subassembly to the crank-
case so that the water pump gear and clutch re-
lease rack engage properly with the respective
gears in the crankcase.
Tightening torque: 6 – 10 Nm (0,6 – 1,0 kgm)

In position 0 B 0 the clamp must be assembled
with the screw.
●
Position the impeller 0 11 0 on the shaft.
●
When installing the mechanical seal, make su-
re that the painted mark faces inside. Also, ap-
ply soapsuds for initial lubrication.
●
Using the bolt, wave washer 0 12 0 and gasket
washer 0 13 0 , tighten the impeller.
Tightening torque: 7 – 9 Nm (0,7 – 0,9 kgm)

The gasket should be positioned with its sea-
ling face contacting the impeller.
●
Install the water pump case 0 14 0 .
Tightening torque: 6 – 10 Nm (0,6 – 1,0 kgm)

0 A 0 de la superficie de acoplamiento del cár-
ter, cada tira con una longitud de 20-30 mm.
NOTA:
*
Cuando se realiza el montaje, hay que posicio-
nar el plato de mando del embrague de mane-
ra que los dientes estén en frente del eje de de-
sembrague.
* Instalar el subgrupo de la tapa del embrague
sobre el cárter de maner aque el engranaje de
la bomba del líquido de refrigeración y el plato
de mando del embrague engranen correcta-
mente con sus engranajes en el cárter.
Par de apriete: 6 – 10 Nm (0,6 – 1,0 kgm)
● En la posición 0 B 0 la abrazadera ha de montar-
se junto al tornillo.
● Posicionar el rotor 0 11 0 en el eje.
● Cuando se monta la junta mecánica, hay que
cercionarse de que la referencia pintada esté
hacia el interior. Además, hay que aplicar
espuma de jabón para la lubricación inicial.
● Usando el tornillo, la arandela ondulada 0 12 0 y
la arandela junta 0 13 0 , fijar el rodete.
Par de apriete: 7 – 9 Nm (0,7 – 0,9 kgm)
● La arandela de la junta tiene que ser montada
con la superficie de retén en contacto con el ro-
dete.

Montar la tapa de la bomba del líquido de refri-
geración
0 14 0 .
Par de apriete: 6 – 10 Nm (0,6 – 1,0 kgm)
