Coloque sobre la barra portarrueda (19), delante del

casquillo de guía (18), los dos semicascos de la herra-
mienta (D).

Empuñando la herramienta (D), empuje en posición en

su propia sede en la botella (20) el casquillo de guía
(18).

Quite la herramienta (D).

◆

Introduzca el anillo de tope (17), asegurándose de que

se coloque correctamente hasta el tope.

◆

Coloque en la barra portarrueda (19), delante de el re-

ten (16), los dos semicascos de la herramienta (D).

◆

Empuñando la herramienta (D), empuje con decisión

el reten (19) en sede en la botella (20) asegurándose
de que se coloque correctamente hasta el tope.

◆

Quite la herramienta (D).

◆

Introduzca en su sede correspondiente en la botella

(20) el anillo de retén (14).

◆

Coloque en la barra portarrueda (19), delante de la

junta guardapolvo (13) los dos semicascos de la he-
rramienta (D).

◆

Empuñando la herramienta (D), empuje la junta guar-

dapolvo (13) en su correspondiente sede en la botella
(20), asegurándose de que se coloque correctamente.

◆

Sujete la barra (16) y muévala despacio y alternati-

vamente distintas veces.

La barra (16) debe correr en la botella (20) li-
bremente sin obstáculos; de no pasar esto,
significa que pueden estar dañados el casqui-

llo de guía (18) o el casquillo de deslizamiento (15) o
la junta (16).

Mantenga la botella (20) en posición vertical.

◆

✱

Vierta aceite horquilla dentro de la barra, véase pág.

9-20 (TABLA DE LUBRIFICANTES) hasta el nivel co-
rrecto que puede ser detectado introduciendo en la
barra una varilla graduada (26).

Cantidad aceite: 431 ±2,5 cm

Nivel aceite: 96 ± 2 mm (desde borde botella)

Para medir correctamente el nivel aceite, la
botella (20) debe estar perfectamente en posi-

ción vertical; el nivel aceite debe ser igual en ambas
barras.

Position the two half-shells of the tool (D) on the wheel-

holder tube (19), before the guide bushing (18).

Grasping the tool (D), push the guide bushing (18) in

the correct position in its seat on the slider (20).

Remove the tool (D).

◆

Insert the ring (17), making sure that it is in the correct

position.

Position the two half-shells of the tool (D) on the wheel-

holder tube (19), before the gasket (16).

Grasping the tool (D), push the gasket (16) in its seat

on the slider (20) with force, making sure that it is in
the correct position.

Remove the tool (D).

◆

Insert the stop ring (14) in the appropriate seat on the

slider (20).

Position the two half-shells of the tool (D) on the wheel-

holder tube (19), before the antidust gasket (13).

◆

Grasping the tool (D), push the antidust gasket (13) in

the appropriate seat on the slider (20) and make sure
that it is correctly positioned.

◆

Grasp the tube (19) and move it slowly and alter-

nately more than once.

The tube (19) must slide inside the slider (20)
smoothly, without finding any obstacle; if this
does not happen, it means that the guide

bushing (18), the slide bushing (15) or the gasket (16)
are damaged.

Keep the slider (20) in vertical position.

◆

✱

Pour fork oil inside the tube, see p. 9-20 (LUBRI-

CANT CHART) until reaching the correct level, which
can be measured by introducing a graduated stick (26)
in the tube.

Oil quantity: 431 ± 2.5 cm

Oil level: 96 ± 2 mm (from the slider edge)

In order to obtain a correct measurement of
the oil level, the slider (20) must be perfectly

vertical; the oil level must be the same for both tubes.
