BARRA PORTARUEDA
◆ Controle que la superficie de deslizamiento no esté
nunca rayada y/o estriada. En caso de que haya rayas
muy sutiles éstas pueden ser eliminadas lijando con
papel de lija (de grano 1) mojado.
Si las rayas son profundas, sustituya la barra (19).
◆ Utilizando un comparador controle que la eventual cur-
vatura de la barra (19) sea inferior al valor límite.
De superar el nivel límite, sustituya la barra
Límite de curvatura: 0,2 mm
No hay que enderezar NUNCA una barra en-
corvada en cuanto su estructura podría hacer-
se más débil y por lo tanto resultaría peligroso
utilizar el vehículo.
BOTELLA
◆ Controle que no haya daños y/o fisuras; en tal caso
sustitúyala.
MUELLE
Antes de medir, golpee el muelle algunas ve-
ces sobre una superficie limpia para que se
restablezca.
◆ Compruebe la integridad del muelle (11), controlando
la longitud que debe estar dentro del valor límite.
◆ Si la longitud no corresponde al valor límite, sustituya
el muelle (11).
Longitud mínima del muelle suelto: 237 mm
◆ Controle las condiciones de los siguientes componen-
tes:
– Casquillo de deslizamiento (15)
– Casquillo de guía (18)
– Bombeante (9)
De encontrar signos de excesivo desgaste o daños,
sustituya el componente interesado.
Limpie los casquillos de eventuales impure-
zas, poniendo cuidado en no rayar sus super-
ficies.
◆ Sustituya los siguientes componentes con otros nue-
vos:
– Junta (16)
– Junta guardapolvo (13)
– Las dos juntas tóricas en el regulador (3)
CHECKING THE COMPONENTS
WHEEL-HOLDER TUBE
◆ Check the sliding surface, which must be neither lined,
nor scratched.
Slight lines can be eliminated by sanding the surface
with wet sandpaper (grain 1).
If the lines are deep, change the tube (19).
◆ By means of a comparator, make sure that any curving
of the tube (19) be lower than the limit value.
If it exceeds the limit value, change the tube.
Curving limit: 0.2 mm
NEVER straighten a curved tube, since its
structure would be weakened, thus making
the use of the vehicle quite dangerous
SLIDER
◆ Make sure that there are neither damages, nor cracks.
Otherwise, change it.
SPRING
Before carrying out the measurement, strike
the spring a few times on a clean surface, so
that it returns to its normal dimensions.
◆ Check the integrity of the spring (11), making sure that
its length does not exceed the limit value.
◆ If the length does not correspond to the limit value,
change the spring (11).
Minimum length of the spring when not compressed:
237 mm
◆ Check the condition of the following components:
– Slide bushing (15)
– Guide bushing (18)
– Pumping element (9)
If excessive wear or any damage are obser ved,
change the component in question.
Remove any accumulation of impurities from
the bushings, taking care not to scratch their
surfaces.
◆ Replace the following components with new ones:
– Gasket (16)
– Antidust gasket (13)
– The two O rings on the adjusting element (3)
