Install the new actuator, pin “S” and pin “P”.

Connect the wiring to the actuator and the limit switches.

Violet/Black wire to the COM terminal on the top switch.
*
Brown/Red wire to the NC terminal on the top switch.
*
Yellow/Red wire to the COM terminal on the bottom switch.
*
White/Black wire to the NC terminal on the bottom switch.

Adjust the limit switch mechanism. See the
Brush Lift Limit Switch
section for instructions.

Turn the key switch ON and run the brushes up and down to test the system for proper operation.

Reinstall the solution tank.
