SOLUTION SYSTEM

SOLUTION SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

The solution system should be flushed every 15 hours of operation to prevent a build-up of soap residue in the
solution valves.  To flush the system...

1

Park the machine outdoors or near a floor drain and open the solution tank drain valve.

2

When the tank is empty, close the drain valve and put about 6 inches (15 cm) of clean, warm water in the
tank.

3

Reach under the front of the machine and open the (2) flow control valves all the way.

4

Turn the key switch ON and put the scrub brush switch in the ON (I) position.  When the brushes are all
the way down , turn the key switch OFF.

5

Push the solution lever (on the control panel) forward, to the full-on position.  Allow all of the warm water
to drain through the valves.

6

Return the flow control valves to their original position.
