TROUBLESHOOTING

Follow the instructions under the “Problem” that best describes the condition of the machine being serviced.

DANGER!

BEFORE TROUBLESHOOTING THE DRIVE SYSTEM, JACK UP THE MACHINE SO THE DRIVE WHEELS
ARE OFF THE FLOOR AND PLACE JACK STANDS UNDER THE FRAME. THIS WILL PREVENT INJURY
IF THE DRIVE MOTOR STARTS DURING TESTING.

Note: All references to “right” and “left” are as viewed from the operator’s seat.

Problem: No Forward or Reverse Drive

Disconnect the battery connector (behind the right-rear access door) and open the front access panel.

See Figure 8. Remove the 200 amp drive fuse and check it with a continuity tester or ohmmeter. Re-
place the fuse if necessary.
