STEERING AND BRAKES

STEER WHEEL REMOVAL

1

Drain the recovery and solution tanks and remove the squeegee tool.

2

Jack up the rear of the machine high enough to allow access to the rear wheel.

WARNING!

NEVER WORK UNDER THE MACHINE WITHOUT JACK STANDS OR BLOCKS SUPPORTING THE
FRAME.

See Figure 6. Remove the (2) “O” bolts and retainer “P”.

4

Remove cotter pin “Q” and nut “R”.

5

Slide axle “S” out and remove the wheel (drive axle out with a brass drift if necessary).

6

Reassemble in reverse order and test for proper operation.
