SCRUB BRUSH SYSTEM

RIGHT GEAR CASE REMOVAL

Put the scrub brushes on the machine, turn the key switch ON and put the brush switch in the ON (I)
position. When the brushes are all the way down, turn the key switch OFF and disconnect the battery
(connector behind the right-rear door).

Remove the rear floor panel from the operator’s compartment.

Remove the lower-front corner panel from the right side of the machine.

Pull the (2) solution hoses off the (2) solution tubes (just above the brush holders).

See Figure 10. Loosen the (3) “A” set screws and remove the (3) “B” bolts.

Remove the (4) “E” bolts and remove the skirt assembly.

Remove the (4) “C” lock nuts and the (4) “D” bolts. Be careful not to lose the bushings and washers.

Remove bolt “F” and slide the gear case toward the right, and out from under the machine.
9
Follow instructions in reverse order to reinstall the gear case.
