SOLUTION SYSTEM

TROUBLESHOOTING

Follow the instructions under the “Problem” that best describes the condition of the machine being serviced.

Also see the 

Hydro-Max II

 chapter for additional solution system troubleshooting information.

Before Troubleshooting, make sure that there is at least 6 inches of water in the solution tank and the solution
lever is pushed all the way forward, to the maximum ON position.

Problem:  Solution Leaks With Control Lever in OFF Position

Replace solution valve.

Problem:  Little or No Solution to Scrub Brushes

Check the adjustment of the (2) flow control valves.

Check filter screen at bottom of solution tank.

3

Check linkage between solution lever and main solution valve.

4

Check main solution valve to see if the ball inside the valve moves along with the lever on the side of the
valve.

Problem:  Uneven Solution Flow

Check the adjustment of the (2) flow control valves.
