HYDRO-MAX SYSTEM

Reinstall the screen panel.

7

Drain and rinse the solution tank (see the 

SOLUTION SYSTEM 

chapter).

Remove the chemical metering barb and rinse it in hot, soapy water.  Use a pin to clean hardened
chemical from the hole in the barb.

RECOVERY TANK REMOVAL

Drain and clean the recovery tank.

See Figure 2.  Remove the (2) drain hoses (one on each side of the tank).

3

Disconnect the squeegee hose from the bottom of the recovery tank.

4

Disconnect the vacuum hose from the right side of the recovery tank.

5

Disconnect the solution pump hose from the right side of the recovery tank.

6

Disconnect the wiring connector from the right side of the recovery tank.

7

Lift the recovery tank up and out of the machine.

SOLUTION PUMP REMOVAL

Open the right side access door.  The solution pump is located just below the battery.

Disconnect the wires to the solution pump.

3

Disconnect the hoses that are connected to the solution pump.

4

Remove the (4) bolts that hold the solution pump in place and lift the pump out of the machine.

SOLUTION PUMP HEAD REMOVAL

1

Open the right side access door.  The solution pump is located just below the battery.

2

Disconnect the wires to the pressure switch on the end of the pump head.

3

Remove the (3) screws that hold the pump head on the motor and slide it off the motor shaft.
