MAIN SOLUTION VALVE REMOVAL
The main solution valve is located at the front of the machine, just below the horn.
Replace the valve if water leaks from the center of the brush holders with the solution lever in the OFF posi-
tion. To replace the main solution valve...

Turn the key switch ON and put the
scrub brush switch in the down posi-
tion. When the brushes are all the way
down, turn the key switch OFF.

See Figure 2. Open the electrical
access panel on front of the machine
and remove the 3 hoses from valve
“A”.

Disconnect the control linkage from the
valve arm. Be careful not to lose the
bushing and washers.

Remove the 2 “B” bolts and remove
the valve from the machine.

Remove the hose fittings and the
mounting bracket from the old valve
and install them on the new valve.

Follow steps in reverse order to install
the new valve.
Note:
The valve control linkage should be
connected to the hole closest to the end of
the valve arm.
