7.3.7 Acceleration/Deceleration Filter Settings
There are two types of acceleration/deceleration filter: The exponential acceleration/deceleration filter and the
moving average filter. The parameters related to the acceleration/deceleration filter settings are listed in the fol-
lowing table. When using an acceleration/deceleration filter, always execute the Change Filter Type command
(OW
08 = 13) in advance to enable the filter type selection.
