board or defective circuit board.
• Insert the circuit board in the CPU rack
or the connector on the circuit board fast.
• Replace the circuit board.
• If the error occurs again, contact your
YASKAWA representative.

YASKAWA representative.

floppy disk and restore.

nance mode.
