Wire a suitable power cable to the incoming isolator in the main electrical cabinet. We recommend:
•
Heavy duty, rubber insulated cable to H07RN-F (or equivalent),
•
Size: 6mm

• Conductor: 3 phase and protective earth (no Neutral Conductor),
• Machine Cable Entry: M32,compression cable gland
• Plug: to suit your factory installation (e.g. 32A “Commando” plug).
Connect an air line to the pneumatic input on the rear of the machine
Switch on the machine.
Press the servo on button to enable the axis motors. The message at the top of the screen should change
from SERVO OFF to SERVO ON. Verify the lube pump cycles 1 time when the servos are first turned on.
Select Service Code 505 and use the electronic handwheel to raise the head far enough to remove the
wooden transit support see Fig 3.6.
