3 Installation
3.1 Lifting the 2 OP Mill off the Transport Pallet
The 2 OP mill must be lifted and moved from the pallet with a forklift with a minimum capacity of 2500Kg.
Remove the packaging and the wood securing the pallet truck (if purchased). Remove the pallet truck and
any other loose items from the pallet.
Undo the 4 nuts securing the machine to the pallet Fig 3.1, arrow 1
Remove the bolt down brackets Fig 3.1, arrow 2.

Insert the forklift forks from the rear of the machine making sure the forks extend all the way through the
machine see Fig. 3.2. Raise the machine and remove the pallet.

Attach the 4 levelling feet to each corner of the machine. Thread in the feet until the machine sits about
140mm above the ground. Lower the machine onto the floor see Fig. 3.3.
